If you look on the main page your question will be answered, its in a recent news post ^^;

Its only out in japan, there are a few import stores selling it.

We DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT know when it is coming out (Sorry for the caps, but its necessary XD). Unless you see something reported on this site, you probably shouldn't believe it :P
