CoP what is new???

Ok I am looking into getting CoP, But (being in Canada) it will cost me $50 and don't see anything realy new untill you get to the super high lvls.

so what is new in CoP, I know there are no new jobs and from what I have hurd you can't Suummon Bahamute so there are no new summons, so it is just new high lvl areas?
