Need help with buying new content id

I have started playing ffxi when it was only avalible through the jap version so i registed my pol id on a jap version pol viewer so now i want to add a new character which means buying a new content id but i can;t apperently i can only do it through a jap pol is there another way round this??

Nope. If you have a Japanese account, all account related changes and activation/deactivation of Content IDs must be done through the Japanese POL program. The error message from trying to log into Service and Support even tells you that you must log in using the Japanese client.

thanks for the reply dude, i was kinda hoping there is another way but i guess i need to go hunt down a copy first then T_T thanks anyway
