Actually, it's better this way. One of the reasons why dark renkeis never really made it was because they could only really be started by the tank. MNKs had asura, but that kinda sucks on IT compared to their other WSs. Now THF can close for cross reaper or gekko, both of which are real solid WSs.

too bad i end up tanking after my cross cuz its damage 600~ and thf ws damage not high enough 500~800 depends on hits (hum thf damage )

Too bad this doesn't help with DRG and THF doing a Darkness renkei. Would have been better to have made evisceration Distortion IMO. Impulse Drive >> SATA + Evisceration would have been nice.
