Guild Points: Silk Pumps Recipe

I tried making some Silk Pumps today which was the guild trade-in item at the time using the recipe pulled from Mysterytour but keep on getting this message when I try to synthesize the materials, "Synthesis canceled. That combination of materials cannot be synthesized.". I rechecked the recipe on other sites such as OpenMoogle, Allakhazam etc and the recipe matches that of Mysterytour. The recipe I used is 1 x Earth Crystal, 1 x Gold Thread, 1 x Silk Cloth, 1 x Tiger Leather and 1 x Raptor Skin. So if anyone who has actually made this item can post the correct recipe it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

The recipe for Silk Pumps is listed differently in a lot of different places, even Japanese websites; it's hard to figure out what the real recipe is. As best I can tell, it's:

Clothcraft (76) Crystal: Earth
* Ingredients: Gold Thread x 2, Silk Cloth x 2, Sheep Leather

Note that this is listed as Clothcraft, not the Leathercraft that a lot of places have it, so that might make a difference in whether you can craft it or not.

Thanks for the reply. That does seem strange that it is listed under Clothcraft(76) when the Leathercraft guild NPC was asking for Silk Pumps. Hopefully I'll be able to craft one next time he requests it. Thanks again.

I had this happen with Banded Mail for my goldsmith item. The only difference was everywhere (include the cheap ass strat guild) listed the recipe the same and in the same lvl.

The guild assigned it to me and when I crafted it said it was beyond my capabilities. I didn't thing GP items could be out of your skill level.

maybe you need CoP to craft it? who knows. :spin:
