Today my LS was board so we decided to go for simurgh, we get out there with just 6 people against 18 JP players, but this doesn't intimidate us because we've always beat JP's at him before. Well, luckly enough while spamming stun I got Simurgh before the JP guys near me eve knew what happened. Being board my LS then started to SKILL UP on this dumb bird XD. I was playing BLM while all the mages starting meleeing, was about an hour and a half fight but we all had fun. Well, he dropped it all, I mean everything. Reraiser, Vile Elexir, Arcana Breaker, Light Crystal, Boots and Ingot. My LS gave me the ingot which for the last 3 weeks I've been praying for, after thanking them and fleeing around in circles for 5 minutes I ran to jeuno and put it in the AH, only one up for sale now :thumbsup: waiting on that son of a bitch to sell now so I can finally, buy my haubergeon...I aslo bought my Mythril Heart with all the money I saved, I'm set till...most my career now XD!

Current Gear:

Weapons:Vassago's/Zwiedhander, Darksteel Scyth and Mythril Heart waiting, friend owes me a bomb core so I'll be gettin that soon
armor: AF helm, naked body at the moment, will be a haubergeon soon enough, RK pants, RK gloves, AF boots
other: 2x Sniper's, Assault Earring, Coral Earring, Amemit's Mantle, Life Belt, RK Coller

I'm feelin really good about the next lvl's, this is gonn a be a blast (^^)b

if you know a crafter you might have been able to save ~200k on that haubergeon, but congrats.

I worked my way to 67 w/o Haubergeon. I had the money at the time, but just didn't think I needed it - I used RK body since 55. Then all of a sudden 3-4 LS mates all bought Haubergeon at the same time, so I got the >.> Needless to say I bought it soon afterwards. If you can't afford Haubergeon don't fret, but do make sure you get a Hauberk though ^^;

i disagree. the only thing hauberk is good for is 10 more eva and 5 agi which are pretty useless stats for a drk. mages have so much mp now if i get hit a fwe times more it really doesnt make any difference. also ill glady take a few hits...i need to max my eva somehow. 10 accuracy is a lot to be missing for 100k exp let alone getting all the way up to 67!! plus your damage will increase noticeably from the +str and attack. anyways i wouldnt be too happy if i had a drk without a haubergeon in my pt...cuz there are many others with it.

most DRK's my lvl with haubergeon don't have Amemit's Mantle, Sniper's and stuff, they also don't have both weapons capped and don't have both subs capped. Not to mention Haubergeon is 3mil now...it's not easy to accieve...

I had it all execpt haubergeon, which is why I was a better pick, now, I'm 100% the best (^^)b

Hisdon.. most people sold their sniper rings and made the extra mil by farming and bought Haubergeons when they used to be 2mil ish.

Now with Snipers at 680-700k You might see more people selling their snipers.

And btw me and Gol. talked to this "friend" about the bomb core in Ransp. tomb while exping.. =.= don't thing you're getting that bomb core.

I've also talked to him about it, and he's a great "friend" just in a money slump at the moment, told him I'd just use a Lightning Bow till he feels comfortable with his income.

If only we had a better ecnomy it would be better to get this higher level stuff. Sniper sold for 700k yesterday, its depressing how much you need even later on.

IMO Midgard got a sudden rush of Gil farmers (selling gil online) and online gil buyers. Include the mass amount of fish botters now and there is you're price inflation.

As soon as I saved up 600K for my second sniper's, I go to buy it only to see that it went up to 700k -_-. Waited a few hours and bought one for 680K.

Archer's rings are selling for 620-640k now, so if anything I see sniper's going up even more.

I have 2x Sniper's and my Amemit's in mog safe for 61. So atleast I dont feel as gimped now ><.

im a fan of the lvl 69 gear. it just looks like something a drk would indeed wear. an with the purchasing of haubergeon. you can sell that an buy it.. no need to farm for drk anymore...

Jesus I feel sorry for you all. I've come to a conclusion that Siren (the server I used to play on) has the best economy of all servers.

These were the prices before I quit:

Haubergeon = 1.1 to 1.3 million.
Haubergeon+1 = 1.9 mill
Hauberk = 1.3 to 1.5 mill
Hauberk+1 = 2 to 2.2 million
Balmung 3 to 3.1 mill
Amemet Mantle went as low as 80k lmao
Amemet Mantle+1 600 to 800k
Snipers Ring = 250k to 350k
Mythril Heart = got mine for 550k. Sold for 650k. Last I checked, it got up to about 1 mill.
Kraken Club = 6 sold in price history, ranging from 5 to 8 mill. I've heard this club went for as high as 50 million on some server. Yikes.
Scorpion Harness = 6 million.
Scorpion Harness+1 = 4.5 mill lmao. Yeah, the +1 version was strangely cheaper...
Nagan = 2.5 mill. never went any higher than that.
Vassago Scythe = 15k at one point

Yup, life as a DRK was definitely great on Siren. Everything was dirt dirty cheap.

And I honestly think Siren is the most advanced server in terms of having uber rare items. You never hear anything about Siren, but I saw people in full cursed gear/adamant hauberk set/god gear when people on Ragnarok were only HEARING rumors of these items existing.

Hmmmm cuz Hauberk looks so much better than Haubergeon? And whats up with all these ppl saying you need Haubergeon to lvl effectively at 60? I'd rather pick someone who knew how to play their class well than ppl with decked out gear any day. BTW Haubergeon is up to 3 million now on Midgard?? :eek:

you have to understand I live in JST now, and my competition for pt invites pretty much ALL have haubergeons...however, most of them don't have sniper's, amemit's mantle, assault pierce, both weapons capped, and THF+WAR sub ready. Now that I have a hauby the only thing that makes me different than them is the laungauge we speak, and that's breached pretty easy

I just have to get a JP player who speaks some English to notice I'm not a bad player, then they'd vouch for me when forming an exp pt with other JP players...it's already happening so far ;/
