Any advice?

Ok, i am now a level 22 Ranger and i am getting to the point that i can't level my WAR subjob my soloing.

The problem is that i am a Taru, and as a Taru, obviously, i'm going to be sruggling to find party invites. I was thinking of going WAR/WHM to get WAR up to level 20ish (Using the Taru MP boost) so then i dont have to worry about having an inferior subjob until level 45 - 50.

I was thinking about levelling Ninja as my sub, but decided against it, i know most people are going to advise that i use NIN as my sub, but i really want to avoid this as it is just an extra cost and i dont want to have to go through the first 10 levels soloing again >_<

Any advice would be great.

You shouldnt bcome NIN just stick with WAR/WHM to the end or get a better sjob. NIN chews up alot of money.

Or you could not listen to this guy, sub mnk then at lvl 24 warrior sub ninja... What I would actually do is PT a while as war/mnk and if you find your low hp getting to you. Try out war/whm... If that doesn't fix the problem just stick with war/mnk and get +hp items.

If it's possible go with as much +1 gear as you can to lessen the chance of you being single-shotted.

HP isn't a problem because white mages can always heal that, but if you're dead in one hit it's a bit too late for it.

Honestly, from levels 1-18 you shouldnt have that much of a problem, usually there are 2 viable tanks (hopefully they know what they are doing) and im not sure about tarus and hp, but i did try leveling a Elvaan Summoner and the low mp was killing me.

I would definatly stay away from tanking and suggest to try to take a different role such as war/whm or war/rng (good dmg and puller)
