playonline doesnt connect

it says
'error code: POL-1106
network is busy or there are connection problems...'

also i dont have a global IP address and the network settings are all blank.

im not sure what to do. plz help me out:spin:

As far as I know it should automatically detect your internet connection. Try shutting down any firewalls you have active. Also (and I feign to say this, but you never know) make sure you are actually connected to the internet before logging on to POL.

And it might also be that the network is actually busy. Just try it again a few minutes later. o_O
