Garrison starting items

I've been hunting for a LONG time for one of these items to start Garrison in Qufim. Either they are stupidly rare or they will not drop if the region is owned by Beastmen. Does any know if either of these theories may be true?

I got a garrison item in the Ygutto grotto from a Orcish Cursemaker. I've also gotten one for bastok in the palborough mines. I haven't gotten very many of them so I would say they are pretty rare. Probably as rare as chest keys for the areas.

I wasnt aware you could do a garrison in quifm. Does it require the same item as the other garrisons?

In the time I've been hunting for Qufim garrison items, I've had 3 Delkfutt Tower keys drop ;) Maybe a little more rare, or maybe I'm just unlucky.... or, see first post.

There is a garrison in every region now, even going as far afield as Baldonia and Elshimo.

You didn't got it couse only giants rangers in qufim, giant gatkeeper, giant guard, giant sentry in low delfks, and giant guard in mid delfks drop that item, not the one who drop chest key.

btw, you sure want to try garrison in qufim? won't be a lot of lag?w

They're the ones I was killing, but in between clearing out the 1F of delkfutt's I was going to the basement and 10F to kill elementals and pots, where I got my key drops ;)

And yes, in retrospect, aiming for Qufim is probably a bad idea considering the lag. Any idea where the fight takes place? If it's the guard outside the foot of toe tower... -_-;; but I don't think there's even a proper outpost in the Qufim region.

norvallen/jugner item is from orcish nightraider in davoi

palbrougaouggh is brass quad i think? it's one of the mobs which drops chest key. same with giddeus and ghelsba/yughott

I'm not sure if some areas are more rare than others, or if it's just stupid luck. In Ordelle's we received a spawn item in the first 5 minutes and didn't find another for 3 hours(thief with TH3 was with us). In Davoi we received 4 in less than 40minutes, and most other places have one drop in less than an hour.

As far as i've seen, every fight takes place at the outpost. Sadly, the outpost is where everyone camps in Qufim(the tower). Lag + 50000 people watching and getting in your way only makes the battles much harder. Impossible to target things sometimes.

i got a few of these garrison items..(yutunga jungle, ronfaure, altepa..) but dont know really what to do with them..

all i need to do is basically gather people , go outpost, and trade item to npc?

or do i need some other item..?

someone talked about a gob in north sand that sells stones ...is this related to garrison?
