Well since my brother re-formated the computer, I have lost my playonline ID and password. I didn't write them down anywhere, except on the computer but thats not exactly an option now is it. I can't contact S-EX because to email them I need my playonline ID and mail adress ~_~ Is there any possible way to cancel my account? By the way I imported this game, so all the personal information is well...... balony. And I also can't seem to start another account with the same registration codes....... Am I totally screwed?

If you stop paying, your account will be cancelled automatically, so call up your credit card company and cancel payments.
But if that is the case, you can't use the same reg. codes, although I think you can request new codes using the POL interface.

Nevermind, didn't read the part about the personal info being baloney, heh. Oh well. Yeah, you could probably just call your credit card company and tell them to stop payments.

I really don't want to lose my account though.... I put alot of effort into it :( I will ring them up tomorrow, if I give them my billing information will they give me the ID and mail address back?

I'd say the more of the phony information you have that you gave them, the better. If you have the registration codes you used to activate the account, that might help too.
But then, they may send your POL ID/password to the address you specified to them when you signed up, which I suppose wouldn't do you any good?
It's worth a try though, if you want to preserve your characters. Personally I'm sick of trying to jump through S-E's hoops to keep my characters alive. After I give my stuff away to friends tonight, I'm deleting them so I never have an incentive to come back.
