Bio usefullness

Im curious about the usefullness of Bio spell. How much damage over time does it makes and how good is the attack power debuff?

the damage over time isn't that high, but the attack power it takes away is noticeable. i think it works in percentages based on your dark skill, though i'm not exactly sure. i had it cast on me and it reduced my attack by about 15 points, making my already crappy melee damage a bit more unreliable. i stopped using it around lvl 25 though, for whatever reason.
