Best race, best sub job?

Just wondering what is the best race for RNG and what a good sub for it is? What stats need to be increased? Im guessing DEX?

Mithra or Elvaan seem to be the most chosen ones... I love my taru though :D

For subs either warrior or ninja all depends on your personal preferences.... myself I prefer ninja as u see.
