ive heard very little about jse, just that it exists, does anyone have a link or extensive information about these items? I would appreciate, thanks

JSE (Job Specific Equipment) is high level (70ish) arour that you can get using high level crafting.

A nobel tunic (WHM JSE) for example needs :
Weaving - 87
2x Velvet Cloth, 2x Gold Thread, Silver Thread, Silk Cloth, Rainbow Cloth, Optical Cloth

Killing Ifrit has lists of some high level recipies including JSE.
