Ok, I quit Final Fantasy for various reasons and I now have the time to come back in full swing. I believe my previous account was deleted which is fine, I wanted to start over anyway. Normally, when I tried to log in about a month ago it would tell me the account was suspended and that i'd have to re-enter payment options, etc. Well, now when I try to log in it says incorrect password. I believe this is because the account was deleted from the database.
Now, I want to create a whole new playonline ID and everything. The only thing is that I can't use the registration keys because they are already tagged with my previous account. Is there anyway I can delete that first ID and start a new one fresh? It'll be on the same computer. Or is there anyway to retrieve the password of my previous account, incase I entered it wrong and my hypothesis about the account being deleted is entirely wrong. Thanks for the help guys.
