View Full Version : Is it just me or Promathia...(read yourself)

Ok, I don't know if I just am terribly corrupted by videogames(bless me if it is that, but no holy water plz, it burns ^^)

But, I see some common points with the new expension and .hack//?
Ok, I'm just basing my allucination on 3 things, but still O.o

1- Promathia is a chained godess (http://www.playonline.com/ff11us/promathia/promathia/promathia.html) in some sort of temple --> in .hack// there is a secret dungeon where there is only a chapen with a chained statue inside.

2- Emptiness (http://www.playonline.com/ff11us/promathia/emptiness/emptiness.html) looks like TheWorld when it's corrupted

3-That new enigmatic NPC (http://www.playonline.com/ff11us/promathia/cast/enigmatic.html) makes me think of aura from the description... Always appearing mysteriously when something is about to happen.

All that is left is S-E announcing some VR headset to play FFXI and players begginening to get commatose while players complain about unbeatable rarabs in sarutabaruta or Kirin doing a rampage in the middle of lower jeuno while he summons the AA.
And YES I slept last night, not much, but I slept.

It might be cool if we can enter FF world, and then get slayed by an Orc Grunt at lv75, because the real us don't know how to fight...

Hmmm... Didn't think of the .hack connection, but how about Never Ending Story? Nothingness swallowing the world? Next thing you know Dragoons will be riding around on furry dog-dragons...

The new expansion is going to be awesome. Who cares if it looks like .hack// I can't wait until I'm a high enough level to visit the new places. ヽ（´д｀）ノ

That statue is in the Hall of the Gods, he is facing the way to Tu'Lia, with his back to Ro'Maeve, and he is across from Atlana, who is facing Ro'Maeve, and her back is to Tu'Lia.

Which explains the real reason he created the beastmen; he got tired of everyone calling him a girl. :)
