Pumpkin Head... how do I get it?

I always see that Pumpkin Head hat and the Misery Staff... how do I get these items?

I dont think you can anymore.

They were given out in the Halloween Event I think and are EX so they cant be traded/sold.

That is correct. Those were items offered last Halloween, much like the items received during Easter's Egg hunt can no longer be gotten.

You can still get the Misery Staff by completing the quest in Windrus Walls called "Curses, Foiled...Again!?"

You mean the Trick staff and the treat staff.

Treat staff has the latent warp effect.
