10k/day?

Ok...say I play about 3-5 hours a day, and spend about 1-2 of it crafting or farming or doing whatever the fuk else I could do to make money. I am currently an 11 ninja, and have a 38 DRK.

My smithing is 16, and my cooking is 10. is there ANY way that anyone could possibly think of, where I could bring in 10k a day, doing whatever, every day constantly. I don't want it to be dependant on the AH cuz that's just annoying and too expensive in jeuno.

If anyone has suggestions, tips on crafting recipes that make lots of money, or anything along that lines. much appreciation would be given. Thanks

Since you have smithing to 16, you should consider raising it up a little higher and go mining. Bring several stacks of fire crystals. Iron, bronze and copper ingots sell more per stack than the fire crystals cost.

Normally people depend on the non-jeuno auction houses for their ingredients. But if you aren't gonna depend on the AH, then you have to get the ingredients yourself.

Iron Ingots have been getting me 6-7k profit per stack. Sheets seem to be more like 10k profit per stack on my server.

This is how I've been making my money. What I do is gather up enough stuff for a stack of ingots (this may take an hour or so...In ever spend more than 500 per ore) and fish in the meantime for Carp.

It's not the best way to make money, but considering I'm getting skill from this as well I'm very happy with the results.

Iron ingots hey....do you think if I bought all the iron ore, that I would get like a 5k profit per stack?....as long as I have something like this recipe, that doesn't fail often enough to matter, and can make me AT LEAST 10k a day, Ill be fine....

And then Ill have offdays where i make like 30k a day, and just dont lvl at all, when Im desperate for cash....K ill try this whole ingot conspiracy. Thanks for the input.

keep doing those. HQ1 = 1 Iron Ingot (Midgardsormr: 2500gil). HQ2 = 1 Steel Ingot (Midgardsormr: 5000gil)

Of course sometimes the rate of getting HQ's and losing items etc can be annoying. However if you get Bronze Ingots from normal quality desynths. Either sell them as a stack or what I like to do is make them into Mining Picks (believe its Fire + Bronze Ingot + Maple Lumber).

Also at higher lvls, some people make about 10k an hour farming.

i fish and make 4k a stack on moat carps, 1k a stack on tricolored carps, 200 a piece for gold carps. I fill inv to 25/30 with insect balls and full fishing gear, stand next to bastok markets AH and fish while doing other stuff on a comp next to my gaming comp, bring in about 10-15k a day sometimes more depending on what i do :)

My friend made 20k/hour in King Ranperres tomb.
He was lvl 11RDM/5WHM, said lvl 11 and lower had best drop rate, you should try it out^^

Well to be honest best way is u get thf up to 15 for treasure hunter and use that as sub to your higest lvl job and go kill stuff like bees and sell the drops... u'll have no problem at all to make 10k in 1-2 hours(well u need to sell the items on ah but like beehive chips sell fast so put em in when u log and u have gil next day)

oh and as someone said dont use the ah in jeuno for everyday items.. go to one of the starting citys and sell these things.

Gobbue also = moss.

The moss can be given to old man Melyon in selbina. Each one you trade him is 600 gil so a stack gets you 7200 gil.

-Take up a tradeskill (logging/fishing/mining)
-Farm bees, crawlers, gobbues, anything else that gives good drops

Both should get you more than 10k an hour.

what i was asking about, was not as common methods of farming or doing something to make about 5-10k/hour or so...I dont wanna spend an entire night, and only end up with 7k profit. To me that's a waste of time.

For now, Im going to continue to desynth, as it's working well....and when I get high enough I hear the delkfutt's tower is good to farm. Thanks for the replies.

Get thief to 25 (preferably 30 and lots of evasion gear), sub ranger, and go ram hunting in Konschtat Highlands or Latheine Plateau. Using Flee and Wide Scan, you should be able to kill 2-5 rams every 30 minutes. And you get great drops from them (average is about 2-4 skins, and 0-2 horns). Skins sell from about 500-900 at Sandoria, and horns sell from about 1300-1900 in Windurst.

So, from an average ram drop you'll be making from as low as 1000 per kill to as high as 7400. Even better is getting thief to 40 and ranger to 20 for increased wide scan radius. The only drawback is the requirement to sell at AH. So this should be used as a supplement to farming something else, like bees in the highlands.

lol...sorry silke.....I kinda freaked out at ya there...

I've found that, since my utsusemi scroll just sold and I have a ton of money to spend, im going to use the majority to get smithing even higher, and I am desynthing for cash right now.
