Have any other fishermen noticed this?
Prior to the patch, I believe the time needed between fishing casts was:
16 seconds - 1 second for every 10 levels of skill
This has apparently been changed, and for the better. I noticed last night that at 42 Fishing, I was able to drop a new line in about 8 seconds - far faster than before.
I haven't noticed the "turn around" issue that has been discussed in other threads here yet, but that's because I haven't been fishing in any of the "normal" monsterless zones. In this case, I spent 2 hours fishing in Jugner Forest and never had to turn around except to kill the odd Stag Crab that would spawn.
Thoughts?
