effects of capped Ninjutsu?

60 Ninjutsu skill, supposedly caps at 99 this level.

The greatest effect of having a capped ninjutsu skill IMO is being able to land the enfeeble spells. These being slow, blind and para (can't think of the ninjutsu names for em now, much less spell then :P) The difference in combat when these spells land and when they dont is like night and day. Having you skill capped increases your chances of landing those spells on IT's. And along the same line, yes you can let your rdm or wtm try and debuff for you, but ninjutsu lands so much easier than magic, plus its mainly in your vested interest to have the mob slowed, blind and paralyzed for tanking purposes. As you are level 32 I would not worry so much trying to cap it now. Once you get to 40 and have access to utsusemi: Ni and the Ni elemetals you will be spamming them far more often and your skill will catch up in no time.
