When can u get a support job?

Level 18, after you do the quest. The perferred nominclature is Sub-job btw.

Support job, sub-job....it's all the same.

Support-jobs are jobs that act as support for the PT, ie. they cast buffs of debuffs onto the PT or the mob. Such jobs include RDM, BRD, SMN, and non-tanking NIN.
