would i need world pass?

i have a character now on teh Quetzlcoatl server, and i was wondering if i created another charecter, would i still be on the same server as my other one? or would it just randomly put me in a server. i would test it, but i dont want to have to buy another content ID if i was on a diff. server

It will not put you on the same server as your other character unless you got lucky because it'll be random. You have to purchase a content ID if you want to be on the same server.

Wrong, as long as you have one character on that server, any other characters will end up on that server. Until you have no characters, then it will put you on a random server.
