Hey, Im currently attempting to set up FF XI for PS2 but have a question. Will this: Work with the sony network adapter? (http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=252421)

Will all I have to do is plug in the cord into the network adapter? Any help would be appreciated.

It depends on how your wireless network is set up. If you don't have any security protection like hidden SSID or limited access by mac address, you can just plug it in.

There's a quick start guide in the box that'll show you how to attach the DWL-810+ to your computer and configure it by going to 192.168.0.30 in your web browser.
