i have pol-1093 on the thing before installling plz help!!!!!!!1

what does the error message say? stating just the error code doesn't tell us anything, thus u won't get any answers.

btw, i don't mean to be rude, but this forum isn't a customer support. the first place u ask for help in that matter should be s-e's customer support, not here.

just so u know, the official site's faq section doesn't have any info under "pol-1093."

pol-1093= cords are not in properly plz check cords and crap i got bb plx help

check network cords; r they pluged-in firmly? r they even there? r they broken? (possible if u r using the cord that's been stored for a while.)

if none of these still won't solve the problem, u should contact customer support.
