A friend in my linkshell is under the impression that TP gain is directly proportional to your weapons' delay. i do not know if it is true, but he is under the impression that TP gain, per attack, will go down once ninjas get better dual wield skills. he does not have dual wield 2, nor do i. I am just a thf/nin currently level 45 and soon will be able to attain dual wield 2 with nin subbed. i was just wondering if any ninjas out there had noticed a drop in the amount of TP gain as they attain higher dual wield skills? and if there is a drop in TP gain, does the added speed make up for the drop? please respond. thank you^^

Since I got dual WieldIII at 45, and now double attack with war sub I have no problems keeping up with tp gain to renkei while busily blink tanking/enfeebling and just nuking with Ni elementals.
So to answer your question, theres no way could be getting less tp over time, it feels like I get tp much faster. I love it when I can get to 100%tp faster than SAM sometimes and they have to meditate to catch up :p

yes the TP u get is depending on Delay but the delay of the weapon only
Ninja get 5 TP per swing with each katana

I doubt it goes down for each Dual wield you get... When I swing now I get 6 first swing and 5 second swing it seems.

Xp'ing tonight on werebats I was getting about 150% or so tp before the thf was ready to renkei with me  with spell haste, haste boots, double attack from war sub and a good amount of +acc gear (lifebelt, jujitsu gi and +15dex) - tp was never a problem.
I get 5 tp per hit, using bone knife+1 and the af1 katana that has the 2dex on it.
