Can someone tell me where the gatehouse is ? I am in Bastok . I have been giving the Guard crytals to raise my rank , but now he says that I need to talk to the gatehouse Guard .

This is not quite correct.

Each town has its own Gateguards so whilst there are Gateguards in Windurst, Bastok and San dOria have their own as well.

So where is it you ask. Remember where you got the Signet Crystal (you called it Guard Crystal IIRC)? Well the GateGuards you are looking for are standing on the other side of the exit where the Signet Guard is.

I.E. If the Signet Guard is on the right hand side of the exit, then the Rank GateGuards are on the left.
