Where do i buy a world pass for my friend i have not gotten any help online so i came here to ask you all.
My allied city is Windurst and i am on garuda server.

it is in the Great Tree ....the tree is in the middle on Windurst Walls...enter the tree and go to the second floor...there you can buy a wp.....also i'm in Garuda....hope to see ya 'round....

You can indeed purchase the World Pass from the Star Sybil in Windurst Walls.

If you enter the Star Sybil via the blue teleporter and head into the door in at the back of that floor you need to speak to the TaruTaru behind the desk on the right.

I also recall their being a second person in Windurst you can buy a world pass from. She is a Mithra in Port Windurst by the Armour and Weapons shops (boats on the pier). IIRC that is. :)
