AF boots or Leaping?

I see a lot of thieves running around with AF boots rather than Leaping boots.

Do they swap out the AF boots for Leaping when they are in battle? Or thieves tend to ditch leaping once they get their AF boots?

AF boots has +steal but no agi bonus while leaping boots had + agil and no +steal....

Or maybe they just wear AF boots while towning since they have +looks.:confused:

I plan on keeping leaping boots forever and just add a /equip to my Flee macro for the AF boots.

Some people just like to hang around town in full AF gear. They switch when PTing.

Im currently level 57, and I think I will sell my leaping boots once I reach 60. Why? Because I can really use the gil from the leaping boots, I might get em again later. :p

Hehe, I was running coffer laps in castle oz last night and started getting passed by TWO thieves with strider boots. it was so annoying. I must have them.

Strider boots for everything BUT exping.

And those AF boots are very ugly. Especially on males :P

heh... w/e i use striders 24/7 even durring exp. +20dex and +15agi all i have @Lv73 and i have no probs when im exp'ing in Ro'maeve~ if you can afford striders get them. Ofcourse then you dont wanna take them off cuz without them its to slow :P

Well, I still love my leaping boots (goes better w/ my af set)

But I plan to ditch them once i get War Braise and Black Cotehardie...Should match very nicely...yep
