error! cant log in

i get error messages about my connection in various windows while opening ffxi. then once i get into "play" it'll either suddenly blink all this code across the screen and restart the computer, or it'll usually start loading and say "can't find lobby server".

if someone could please help me, i would appreciataru it very much

i have the PC version if that helps.
