Playonline mail

Is there any way I can read my mail because I was just about to get playonline to re-send me my password and then somehow playonline got corrupted so I had to re-install but now I can't login so I cant read my Playonline mail which has all the info i need and I'm a bit worreid about ringing them seeing as I'm Playing from Australia, I'm worried that they might cancel my account or something seeing that I HAD to use a U.S address to register my account in the first place..

not really.I've got some friends that I made while playing FFXI but even if I was willing to try one of them with my details I have no way to contact them..
