can you use any ol USB keyboard or do you need anythign else? i heard sumthin about a linux kit? someoen wanna help em out here plz?

most USB keyboards will work on the PS2. I have a wireless Logitec keyboard and its super cool. The gameshark keybaord also works fine.

If you're having trouble finding a usb keyboard like my cousins did you can go by RadioShack and pick up a PS/2 to USB Adapter. This works fine if you are using a plain jane keyboard but stops working ocassionally with a multimedia keyboard.

Even if you end up buying one, the Gameshark Sharkboard is only 9.99. Its so flimsy, it's flexible but mine has held up well, no sticking keys or broken anything.

the gameshark keyboard rox....i suggest picking it up at a gamestop or software etc...or EBgames...

if they don't have it there, any place that sells computer software/games usually has it...
