Just a world shifter, a GM would have the same armor but his would be smoking.

haha nice guess but NO! all they do is if u go up to them, u can change the server ur on to a newer server. all ur stuff*lvl, items, etc go with u* say ur om rag and well its gettin over crowded, u can talk to a world shifter and can be moved to a less populated one...like kirin.

So if this guy can put you on any server you want, then why whould anybody still need to use world passes?

Because a lot of people want to join servers with friends, and these servers tend to be the most popular (Ragnarok) and so become vastly overcrowded, an overcrowded server isnt accesible any other way than through world pass.
