Tzee Xicu Fight and Dynamis San d'Oria

My old HNM ls DemonOdin went to fight the Yagudo Deity Tzee Xicu the Magnificent recently. This would be about my 3rd HNM fight and I still hadn't slated my thirst for HNMs so I went along willingly.

Here we are gathering in Jeuno.

After the trek to the area (Genkai 3 place), we began to clear out the normal Yagudos. Here's the 74 and 75 drk and war showing off their Great Swords.

I was delegated to backup healer and tank (as always, still don't have my nin sub yet) and here I am healing beside our friendly pet dog.

So, enough chatter. We finally got the alliance re-organised and went to hit the deity. He said some thing about challenging the might of a god, but we disregarded it and started poking him anyway. Here's a fairly close-up picture of the fellow.

Here I am with a Dynamis LS LevelE, doing weekly dynamis runs every Friday night. About 95% of the people in there are 75 ^^;; We're just gathering and getting ready here.

After paying about 24k gil to the organiser and warping to the actual limbo area, we spent a little more time casting buffs and getting ready. It's really gloomy.

Then we encountered this BST orc. Who charmed this flock of us >< We ended up following our new master around like kids and killing our own team-mates ; ; It was really funny in a sense but really bad because we were turned against ourselves.

Everytime I see Dynamis screenshots/stories I get excited. I can't wait till the day my LS and I go venture into Dynamis myself. Now my Static PT would all get on and we could level today.... >_>

Change chat mode to hold in one of the config menus.

Though you got Relic drops, I have still yet to see one piece of Relic armor on our server. It evades me for some reason.

Options > Chat Filter > Party (click for the options Off, Hold, and On. Hold is what makes the text stay at the top if things flash by too fast).

No I don't do anything to my screenshots except resize them.. but I do believe my gamma settings are -slightly- lower than average. :) You don't get them nicely coloured like this if it's too high.

Nice pics. When are people going to realize that Dynamis is impossible until level cap = 80 or 85?

Seriously, everyone who goes in there gets pwned, yet they keep going back. A challange is nice, but in every set of Dynamis shots I see, there is one where like everyone is dead.

By the way, I hope you go back in and try again, and I hope you grab some relic drops.

Actually the monsters themselves aren't that tough. But they have a ridiculously long link range, so we end up with the entire horde on us. As long as links are kept to a minimum we can actually easily take them out.

Sylvy, show off your whm level :o *points to empty character info* *tosses an onion dagger to sylv* :biggrin: Thou shalt learn thy mistake and not fool with 700 defense points.

Anyway, thanks everyone ^^ I'll try to get in more Dynamis trips, although I want to get 75 first before trying again :p Relic armour can wait heh.

Heh... sounds like a good plan. I have only heard (I know there are more) of one party winning Dynamis-San d'Oria. And I have NEVER heard of anyone winning Dynamis-Jeuno (chilling video of GMs dying comes to mind.)
