Actually, any computer can do that. Just not at a decent FPS.

Just go

Start --> run --> regedit -->

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PlayOnlineUS\SquareEni x\FinalFantasyXI

---> Right Click on key "0002" ---> Modify ---> Value Data = 800

Repeat for key 0003


Play the game and witness the beauty. I just figured out that trick. I get about 10fps in Jeuno with it >.<

I forgot the origional values for 002 and 003 and now I can't even get on FFXI ; ;

I run it at 1024x768 for both resolutions. Theres a link somewhere in the forums that will help with that. But you need a good comp to have it run smooth. which mine does. Dont even get slow down in lower jeuno.

RADEON 9800 PRO
p4 2.8C
1 gig crosair XMS 3500 RAM

Okay, what happened wrong?

Make sure when you edit the values that they are in Hexidecimal (there is a button for HExidecimal and one for Binary.

doubt it. you're lacking the amout of system ram to handle the high detailed textures.

Just go into FFXI Config and change the "Overlay Graphics Resolution" and " Background Resolution" to your normal settings and it will reset those values.

Yea, just go in and reset them to default, it works but you have to reset everything back... like changing thje grapthics back to smooth and turning off the starting video

I get a little lag here and there with a GeForce4 Ti4600 and 1024MB of DDR SDRAM, running at 800x600 overlay graphics resolution and 1024x768 background resolution. Will I kill my graphics card if I tried to run at higher settings?

it seems like the clear pictures are not normal but thats the only type of pics i take look at these, keep in my mind i did not mess with any registry and anything. Btw how do you take the SS with the chat window showing i hate making everythign dissapear i want to show actions and chat as well :), if anyone knows please let me know.



This is a Picture of APOS best player in Shiva server no surprise he is JP lol. Armor he has on is Hectacomb Harness which is the Cursed Armor after you use an Abjuration on it also is it just me or do relic armors suck compared to Cursed armor? even when their power is unlocked in Dynamis it still does not seem to good to me that goes for Relic weapons and armor.
