i need help...game but no ps2......sigh my freinds already playing whaaaaa

i have a hdd and game for ps2 (which i waited for all day at Game Crazy) but........sadly i dont have a ps2(WHICH MY BROTHER WAS SUPPOSED TO GIVE TO ME EQUIPED WITH A NETWORK ADAPTER)now im sad and mulking around the house and cant ask my mom because she bought me the game, now im impatiently waiting for my brother to bring me the console like i did for the game for a long time and now my freinds is currently playing waiting for me....dude im so fu**in sad....i dont know n e thing else to do but sleep and keep calling my brother...he says i can have everytime but he's also going through a divorce....i dont know what to do i...im not going to make through this weekened...i need help pls someone help......any.....b...body.....webcam again

yea that sucks but keep telling yourself , if you could wait this long to get FFXI you could wait longer to get the PS2 ... just do things to past the time . Like posting here

well if ur mom can spare a few more bucks, why not call some pawn shops? there is actually a video game exchange where i live, all the guy does is sell used games and consoles, pretty reasonable prices.

i'm sure you could get a ps2 for under 70 dollars, that works.

you could always use your account on your friends ps2 and level a bit until your bro gives you the ps2. Atleast you won't be so far behind then.

I kinda know how you feel.

I waited three weeks to get FFXI for (CPU) and when I get home

I start installing it. For about, two hours I'm installing.. When it

gets done, I go through the PlayOnline signup thing (About 15

minutes of bookwork) and finally I .. Install the expansion pack.

It takes two and a half hours and its done. I'm sweating so much

my fingers are trembling. I hit play, my heart skips a beat as the

whole screen goes black.. The music stops.. It shrinks back down

and I get this "Error: Your computer does not meet the

requirements.." My whole body goes numb and cold..

I turn, go through some files, go to System Info..

And it turns out I had 28 MB left...

I got up, walked over to the wall near my bros cabinet and began

SMASHING my head against it.

About 5 minutes later, I take all my disks and walk into my room.

(I had installed it on my brothers because my internet has been

off for some time now.) So I set the disks down and celled my

mom. I asked her to pick up a memory enhancer and a long long

cable. Now I have to wait even longer just to get the internet in

my room.. Gah.. I even have to install it again. Hope the walls

sturdy, I need a few more moments with it.

i know how you feel, i live in the UK so i decided to import the HDD and FFXI for my US console and im still waiting for the HDD and it was suppose to be here on Friday so i could play all weekend but now i have been told monday so heres to hoping ;)

Will that work on a PAL console?

And I know how you feel. I got my FFXI from UPS the the same day I sent my PS2 in for a free fixing by Sony.

I'm this guys friend, he came over my hosue yesterday to set up his account. But the worldpass i bought him is no longer good, so i gotta make some gil real quick so i can get him on Ifrit. I talked to him about an hour ago, he should be getting his PS2 today. Anyone happen to have 1 slot on a Ifrit worldpass?
