Party Setup Concerns.

Well my static PT has been going since Lv 48 now, and we have been doing quite nicely. But sadly I keep getting constant remarks from higher level LS members that this PT will no longer be efficient without a WHM post 55. This has been a large concern since we have become close and dont want to split in the future.

Our PT set up is:

PLD/WAR
DRK/WAR
DRG/WAR
RDM/BLM (He can use WHM sub if necessary)
BRD/WHM
BLM/WHM

Please tell me your comments about this setup, and please try and give me specific reasons on why it would not be good (Most reasons were pretty shady, I didnt hear anything solid yet)

That PT setup is fine but depends on what mobs you fight. Some mobs require Stona which is a L39 whm spell. Besides that, your RDM needs to sub whm and heal more than fight.

Okay, I understand that. So there will be suitable mobs for us to take out to at least 65? I heard post 60 the healing is more heavy, but i wouldnt know from experience. What mobs should we stray away from?

Lizards can petrify you and you wont be able to fight back unless Stona is casted or it fades off. Bring some medicine to remove petrify since there is no whitemage.

Healing will always be heavy at higher levels no matter what setup. This is why your rdm must not be distracted from healing. He/she is basically your whm role in your PT. Your PT setup is fine and should work well.

Oh yea you guys should be fine since a L20 whm sub will get you Silena, Paralyna and Poisona.
