Character Deletion and Naming

Okay I made a character and then deleted the character but not the Content ID I was using. Do I have to delete both to make a character with the original name again? Because it says it's in use. Thanks guys.

To my understanding, ever since SE put in the Charecter recovery feature, once you register a character name and then delete that character, another character cannot be made with the same name, different Content ID or not for three months. After three months SE will clear your player name from its servers and it can be used again.

Well looks like the name Rhefeldt isn't in use anymore on Midgarsormer. I had to server switch and got on Bahamut with my second try.
