Im getting tired of waiting for FFXI, im thinking about EQOA!! Oh no!

Jeez whenever im in the mood to play video games i think about MMORPGs. Then i think about FFXI and oh thats going to be sweet but it seems this games gonna take for ever to come out!!

Im thinking of getting into EQOA for a bit just untill FFXI comes out but i dont know if i should. I hear its a crappy game and it will cost me like some money so i dont know what i should do. Did anyone here buy EQOA while waiting for FFXI?

HELL NO !!!!:eek: When I'm thinking on playing EQOA, then looking at its graphic and battle system I relize that it isn't worth a shit compare to FFXI. So I rather waiting for FFXI:thumbsup:

Seriously, if money isnt an issue for you, just import FFXI. It seems like you can get by pretty easy with all the commands being in Japanese. Just get someone to tell you what they are, and memorize them.

I dont think it well be your cup of tea, I have it and its ok.If you do get it dont think about FFXI when you play ,it well make the game feel very cheap but whats kind of wierd is most the people I haved group with are waiting for FFXI or want to try it :eek:

Yeah, i'm playing EQOA until FFXI is released here. I think everyone needs to look past the graphics and just enjoy the game! EQOA is so much easier and fun to play then its PC counterpart!

EQOA is much easier BUT not much more fun than the PC version. Not by far. I have been playing EQ now for well over a year and still have not gotten tired or bored with it. I say if given the choice between the 2, just wait for FFxi and if you need to play a game, get the PC version of EQ. You will not be disappointed.

get .hack//infection, it is fun like whoa :p its an MMORPG simulation, so its the same effect :p one of the best new games i've seen in a while.

NO mmorpg is gonna be better than FF XI, and waisting your money on EQ is just a big no no. If you want to play an mmorpg, just import FF XI! or wait....

You will probably regret buying EQOA... It's nice that its out now but its pretty much a let down... I mean it takes like 4 MB on your Memory Card...I myself don't have that much room to spare. Besides, that one beautiful morning when you do finally get FFXI you'll now the wait was well worth it.:thumbsup:

Heh oh boy boy. Ive played sooo much of EQ. I played for about 2 years, i got a lvl 55 rogue, lvl 51 warrior and a lvl 30 monk. Jeez ive played that game sooo much and im thinking EQOA looks a lot a like it, really im thinking EQOA is a spin off of EQ. But i cant play any PC MMORPG because my PCs a peice of crap now. It didnt 1 year ago when it could still handle EQ but now it cant anymore, so im MMORPGless for a while untill FFXI unless i decide to reach in the dirt and pull out EverQuest Online Adventures. Ugh **Shudders**

Well maybe you should rent EQOA. It gives you a rental key or something.
