Macro(For selbina corn quest)

Is there a way to trade multiple copies of a stackable item to an NPC?

according to the official strategy guide(by bradygames), the macro to use/trade an item on(this is from the harvest/mine/logging section) an NPC is

/TARGETNPC
/item "Name of Item"

now the NPC of "Only the Best" quest in selbina requests that you trade him 3 ears of millioncorn, and it will speed things up by quite a bit if the macro works.

i have tried

/item "Millioncorn" 3
/trade "Millioncorn" 3
/item 3 "Millioncorn"
/trade 3 "Millioncorn"

non of which works.

Any ideas anyone?

Trading is different to NPC's than to areas like ???, with npc's you have to use the same window as using with PC's

I understand that, but is there any alternatives to that?

after 29 stacks of corn it gets kinda tedious to "-", Trade, Confirm, Enter, Right-Right-Right(to get to bottom of menu), Enter, Left(select all), Enter, Right-Right-Right-Right, Enter, Wait for the geezer to finish his hand motions, Repeat.

not unless you use a 3rd party macroing program, but you could have done it by now instead of trying to find an easy way to get around it.

lolx i did, before i posted. just planning for the future, and maybe make life easier for the "next generation" who may stumble into this thread by accident in the future?
