they are not openning for testers from outside i think. i heard it will be closed beta.
you can try e-mail square, but i doubt they will reply anything useful.

yea its too late. if you didnt get an email by now, then thats it for this wave. all emails were due today. better luck in the third wave (if there is one.. hopefully not)

yeah u just got to have a name in POL, and they would randomly choose ppl in POL. U cant ask them or go to a place and sign up. They might start sending out more applications soon maybe.
