Just Curious about RDM Skillchain/MB

Consider that this is Low-20's, at the point wqhere RDM melee isn't that bad yet.

Is it really that rare to find a character around the 20's who is capable of MB'ing? I play in a static party, for the most part, with two wars, a WHM, and myself (rdm/whm), sometimes picking up people to fill the last two slots, but at the moment, mostly sticking to ourselves.

Invited a few people into the group the other night, and was susprised that the BLM we invited didn't know how to MB, and the WHM seemed abit shocked to see the skillchain me and my normal party members worked out, and could do almost flawlessly...

War 1: Thunder Thrust
War 2: Raging Axe (Detonation)
Myself: Aero MB
Myself: Fast Blade (Scisson)
Myself: Stone MB

Is MB'ing really that rare mid-20's, have we just had bad luck, or is it just rare to see someone MB, Skillchain, and MB again?

you can fast blade and follow with a stone MB. not sure if you'll have time for aero

Been doing it for the past few nights, Jei. Just needs really good timing on the start of the Aero cast. Too early, and you get no MB. Too late, and you get no Skillchain.

If I had the tools, I'd get a video of it :/

Usually start casting Aero a split second after I see the warrior starting Raging Axe, and it seems to work.

back to your original question. I think at lv20, half of the Blm should know about MB already. Grouping starts at Lv 10-12 and this is the Blm's luck too, if he get a chance to PT with experienced players or not. If they do, they should be taught about MB especially once they learn fire.

WS > MB is pretty common to see from Drk.
MB > WS > MB tho i don't think I see it that often ^^; probably never seen it before.
