the HQ pieces can be a bit useful since they all have CHR +, would be useful for brd and maybe bst when taming, female only tho

you buy or craft them, not sure about how to get the ring though its rare/ex, but the pieces are very very expensive, well on my server atleast, body is 1-2million and the other pieces are all 2-500k gil
