Man where do you guys get all this artwork by the Japanese?

I've been searching everywhere for them.. google, altavista, you name it...

Can someone point me out to a Japanese fan artwork site? I've been wanting to make a sig with their drawings... From one website I can usually jump to another.. so I'm just asking for a boost here :P
