Help me plz, desperate.....

I just recieved my copy of FFXI on PC today. I want to play it but whenever i finish installing it(I have many times now) I click the playonline icon and get this message:

PlayOnlineMaskU:pol.exe- Application error
The instruction at "0x77f58267" referenced memory at "0x00000078". The memeory could not be "read".

Plz help me work this problem out if you can.

Can't help you here, but whats the specs on your computer? It might have to do with the video card *shrugs*.

Yeah, get us you computer specs and we may be able to help a little more. But still, that error has been my arch enemy since day one when I started doing help desk. :sweat:
