1026 Error message TT

Hey all. Since yesterday i have been getting a 1026 error message. I was hoping if anyone new wat that meant. I try to dial up three times then the screen goes black saying something about the PS2 i knwo this is vague with no pictures. Im going to buy the digi cam today and post the pics. I dont know wat to do. The hdd loads and everything. When i dial up to connect i get the 1026 error and then that black screen. I hope its not the hdd hoping its the usb gate modem TT. I will post pics once i get the came. Thx for any help.

Hoping it is not the HDD since it is almost a brand new PS2...

Ok it was the modem. Thx god for the one and only Diba Hikarisno for figuring out the solution waking up in the middle of the night to call me about it to :biggrin: Hikki modem started to fudge up as well so this ingenius idea was for hikki to plug in the USA network adapter in the the JP hdd since the usa network adapter has dial up modem in it. It WORKED!!!!!! /bows down to Hika. So if you guys are using dial up and have problem use the Usa Network adapter plugs right into the hdd and dial up!!!!!! LOVE LOVE HIKKI FOREVER :handsdown
