The one on the left is a wedding dress, ffxi official site said that its a crafted item and only JP clients can get married right now. Theres a link to this info on the front page news of this site. Destiny is on the live came wearing it right now.

It's a wedding dress called Opaline Dress, I think the Japanese players can synthesis it but NA can not.
