Playonline:loging in?

Every time I try and enter my playonline password and Id to update my account from a trial account I get the invalid password button.before when I got the password i copied to notepad and saved it but it doesnt seem to like that password.I've contacted support and they can't help me without my full details which is going to be hard seeing I signed up under a fake address since I live outside the U.S and canada and forgot to keep a record to the fake address.I really don't want to have to start again so how can I get round this problem?

You arent copying and pasting your password in are you? Also, make sure that you are using the proper case.

My case is exactly as in the details I recorded, and no I havent been copying and pasting my password,but I'm haing some trouble with the computer overheating when it goes to a blue screen mesage in mid-game.Could this have corrupted the files in some way?
