Which class has it and are you invisible to everyone or just the monsters?

Whm gets the spell invisible. You're invisible to everyone and you're opaque to yourself.

Whitemage and Redmages gets the spell "Invisible"
It can be casted on yourself and on party members (you have to be grouped)
And no... I don't think you're suppose to cast invisible on the monsters your killing.
Hope that helps

RDM still gets this spell, right?

It's white magic so both white mages and red mages get this spell. Ninjas also get invisibility spell but cannot be cast on others. In addition any class can use Prism Powder which casts the spell on you.
Note that most animal type monsters and undead attack via sound, not sight. It's mostly beastmen type monsters that use sight (goblins, orcs, etc.).

WHM learn it at level 25, not sure about RDM.
Although you're invisable to other players you can still be selected by them and target by monsters that use something other than sight.
