healing/cure breath

hi, i'm a drg/whm 9/4 and i can't seem to make my wyv do cure/heal breathe :(
I try cure myself below 1/3 my hp but no cure breathe same when I do WS, is my wyv too low to have such ability ??

Heal breath takes into account your HP after a cure. Since you're at such a low level, I'm assuming that your HP *after* a cure will be more than 1/3rd. Therefore, no curing breath.

Try Dia or something.

the 1/3 HP thing is what I should have after I cured myself, not before I curemyself.
