Equipment for BCNM40

I'm originally a Thief but after reading about how they are not very good in BCNM40 matches I decided to level a Bard to 40 so I can be more useful in these fights with my friends. I also plan on subbing White Mage. I was just wondering what equipment I should strive for if I would only use this character for BCNM40 fights?

Another question, I've read what items you can get from these fights, but I was just wondering how many of them usually drop? And do the party members just lot for them?

I wear standard RSE armor and charisma gear when I do it. Mary's Horn is a must for the fight, monster signa is nice but not needed.

You'll get 6 items per win. It will be an assortment of items, spells, equipment, etc. They all go do the treasure table so members can lot them how ever they decide.
