with the relase of the expanson pack in japan there are new jobs like summer, dragoon,ninja,samuri and blue mage. well my main question is WHAT ON EARTH IS A BLUE MAGE. me and my friends have been debating what it is. what do you guys thik it is.

Well, I believe it's where you can learn certain enemy abilities....Like Quistis and Quina in FF8/9....

Yeah, he uses blue magic as well....

thats smart, but whats blue magic?
it doesnt heal or help like white or cause mass destrution like black
and its proply not like a red mage. i have never heard of blue magic

Well, it's like I said, various enemy techniques. Some are attacks, some heal, some have status effects. IMO if you managed to get a good arsenal, a Blue Mage would be pretty useful (I'm basing all my ideas on FF8/9, Square may have changed it for FF11....)

Blue Mages can gain special attacks, spells or abilities from certain enemies. it's very useful! :thumbsup:
